There was a girl. named Katie
she always used to count calories.. but wasnt obsessive.
she was able to eat cookies with milk without any guilt
able to hangout with friends without making excuses
around last christmas, her family started to tease her about
she getting bigger and "growing up"
they commented on how "chubby" i got
...
she didnt care at first.
but she looked in the mirror and saw a pig staring at her.
she also noticed her friend loosing lots of weight and also obsessing over calories
so she decided to eat healthier and exercise more
at night she would exercise only for 30min.
just a little bit of jogging
in the morning she would do some stretching
and a little bit of kickboxing
she let herself eat until she felt "satisfied" but not full
her family started to tell her that she lost weight
it made her feel good.
THEN....
it became obsessive
at night she would be staying up planning wat to eat
right after a meal, she would exercise... right away .
exercisinf for 1hr aday wasnt enough
she increased it to 2hours a day
waking up at 5 just to exercise
walking to school
making up excuses on y she cant hangout
and that shes a vegitarian b/c she lovvesss animals
...
one of her friends did a research paper on anorexia
and read it in front of the whole class
....she realized the symptoms were similar to hers
so she went on google and did some research
cand came upon thinspos and proana sites
and now she is here.
still struggling..
new years resolution:
low cal (holiday) recipes that i made up;)
peppermint mocha:
coffee, and add skim milk- about 20cal (depends how much milk you put in)
put it in refrigerator to cool (10min)-
add ice and blend(optional)
add about 1-2 small crushed candy canes in top.-15-30cal
TOTAL: max. 50cal.
apple/ raisin mix
cut an apple into wedges- 80cal
add a small box of raisins(if it's notpackages, its about 37small raisins)- 40cal
tbsp cinnamon-18cal
put them in a ziplock bag and mix or shake;)
total: 140cal(approximate)
i'm sick of it.
i hate myself. i hate loosing control.
i hate me. i hate food.
i started the ABC with a friend from lj. i screwed upp.
im so angry at myself... today was my 300cal day. i always screw up when i get home.
breakfast:1/4 apple-30cal
lunch: coffe w/ skim milk- 20cal
dinner(binge)- 2cups cereal- 250?
1tbsp honey- 60
shrimp- 70
cashews- 170
total cal: 600 ish.
i NEED to loose weight by christmas, if not new years.
