  <description>&amp;nbsp;...735 calories today. and it&apos;s only 2:47&lt;br /&gt;well, im taking baby steps to get back to restricting.&lt;br /&gt;tommorrow will be 500&lt;br /&gt;and then tuesday will be 300&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;wed- sunday, i will be fat fasting&lt;br /&gt;and i still didnt get to go grocery shopping b/c my dad was home the whole time..&lt;br /&gt;damn&lt;br /&gt;i&apos;ll just go tommorrow.&lt;br /&gt;lol. anyone wanna join me??</description>

  <title>remembering my development of an ED</title>

  <description>&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;There was a girl. named Katie&lt;br /&gt;she always used to count calories.. but wasnt obsessive.&lt;br /&gt;she was able to eat cookies with milk without any guilt&lt;br /&gt;able to hangout with friends without making excuses&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;around last christmas, her family started to tease her about&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;she getting bigger and &quot;growing up&quot;&lt;br /&gt;they commented on how &quot;chubby&quot; i got&lt;br /&gt;...&lt;br /&gt;she didnt care at first.&lt;br /&gt;but she looked in the mirror and saw a pig staring at her.&lt;br /&gt;she also noticed her friend loosing lots of weight and also obsessing over calories&lt;br /&gt;so she decided to eat healthier and exercise more&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;at night she would exercise only for 30min.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;just a little bit of jogging&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;in the morning she would do some stretching&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;and a little bit of kickboxing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;she let herself eat until she felt &quot;satisfied&quot; but not full&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;her family started to tell her that she lost weight&lt;br /&gt;it made her feel good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;THEN....&lt;br /&gt;it became obsessive&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;at night she would be staying up planning wat to eat&lt;br /&gt;right after a meal, she would exercise... right away .&lt;br /&gt;exercisinf for 1hr aday wasnt enough&lt;br /&gt;she increased it to 2hours a day&lt;br /&gt;waking up at 5 just to exercise&lt;br /&gt;walking to school&lt;br /&gt;making up excuses on y she cant hangout&lt;br /&gt;and that shes a vegitarian b/c she lovvesss animals&lt;br /&gt;...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;one of her friends did a research paper on anorexia&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;and read it in front of the whole class&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;....she realized the symptoms were similar to hers&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;so she went on google and did some research&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;cand came upon thinspos and proana sites&lt;br /&gt;and now she is here.&lt;br /&gt;still struggling..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

  <description>&lt;p&gt;low cal&amp;nbsp;(holiday)&amp;nbsp;recipes that i made up;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;peppermint mocha:&lt;br /&gt;coffee, and add skim milk- about 20cal (depends how much milk you put in)&lt;br /&gt;put it in refrigerator to cool (10min)-&lt;br /&gt;add ice and blend(optional)&lt;br /&gt;add about 1-2 small crushed candy canes in top.-15-30cal&lt;br /&gt;TOTAL: max. 50cal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;apple/ raisin mix&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cut an apple into wedges- 80cal&lt;br /&gt;add a small box of raisins(if it&apos;s notpackages, its about 37small raisins)- 40cal&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;tbsp cinnamon-18cal&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;put them in a ziplock bag and mix or shake;)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;total: 140cal(approximate)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

  <description>12. 12.07&lt;br /&gt;not too far from christmas or newyears.. yet i keep fucking up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;like one day i would have 100cals, next day i would end up binging to like1500-2000. ugh. fatass&lt;br /&gt;well, here&apos;s tomorrows plan :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;breakfast:&lt;br /&gt;1 piece of andies peppermint&amp;nbsp;chocolate-25cal&lt;br /&gt;peppermint tea- 0cal (lol, i seem to be obsessed w/ peppermint and it also decreases my cravings and apetite)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;lunch:&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;popcorn- 100cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;snack:&lt;br /&gt;box of raisins:40cal&lt;br /&gt;wuloong tea:0cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dinner:&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;chicken broth- 20cal&lt;br /&gt;sleepy&apos;s tea:0cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;TOTAL: 185cal&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;so.. about 200cal.(i round up ALWAYS)</description>
